Biourbanism for the Sunny Side of the Planet

LPA Studio is a multidisciplinary office specialising in developing urban and territorial projects optimised for the singularities of territories with good weather—the subtropical south and its peripheries. It operates in the domeins of territorial planning, urban design, infrastructures, landscaping and sustainability.

The foundation Instituto20grados is the research unit of LPA Studio. Its mission is to develop sustainable urbanisation models adapted to southern geographies, their social and environmental singularities, and the underway climate emergency challenges. Its activities include developing urban prototypes and disseminating ideas through publications, exhibitions, and discussion forums.
