Elena Betancor

Elena Betancor González is a Development Technician of Urban Projects and Topographic Operations (graduated from the I.E.S. Mesa y López) and Head of Environmental Management Systems ISO 14001 and Quality Management System ISO 9001. Elena Betancor González has more than twenty years of experience in building, urban planning and engineering projects; of which six years have been developed in LPA Studio.
